The pieces in this music book are composed for Piano and are meant to be played by children and for children.
We find that compositions by a Ukrainian composer
Valery Podvala (1932 - 2003)
are possible to be played on free bass Accordion (Bayan) as well.
The musical language, the facture of the pieces is very close to accordion (bayan) one.
Not for nothing! Valery Podvala did play accordion (bayan) as well and composed several composition
for 'grown-up' accordion (bayan).
For example Prelude and Fugue, Recitativ and Final for Free Bass Accordion (Bayan) - soon'll be also on our site.
Vladimir Besfamilnov - a legendary Ukrainian bayan player - did perform this pieces co-operating closely with the author.
We do advise you to choose the pieces in this book for your pupils (starting from the avarege level of skills), for concerts
or playing for your own pleasure.
Music is fresh, cunny and inventive.
